  Absolutely impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Transfers you to someone in Kentucky and they have no way to get you to someone in San Antonio.

  It's a place to get a job if you don't like the holidays off you can't get some overtime it's a small group of people that dry clean napkins for like restaurants around San Antonio and tablecloths to expect no time off and you have to wait a year just to get benefits

  Billing stinks, service is less than desired and prices on consumables are high to start and go up with out warning all the time. Buyer beware because they will hook with a 5 year contract to boot! Watch your own company and just say no.
